now im eating half of a simit with cheese, 1 bowl cereal with milk and some raspberry. i was so hungry so i couldnt do the insanity when i woke up, i will do it in the evening.
So i finished my first month of insanity and decided to write here everyday, i think that it will motivate me. I try to be patient but i havent lost any inch or kgs since i started this shit. Maybe if i write here everyday i can see what i am doing wrong. I was feeling sooo tired so i couldnt do insanity today, tomorrow morning ill wake up around 9 am, and do plyo workout and abs workout together. I will write what i eat. Sooooo see you tomorrow!
